Is this not enough to handle my SRZ-65??
Thanks!

I wouldn't think so. I've got a 6545, using a duet of GT E34LS tubes (which I understand are standard issue with this amp) and a 5AR4 rectifier. Making a broad assumption that you've got something similar, you're probably getting around or at least 60W out of that amp. There's slightly more detail here, from Myles' site: www.guitaramplifierblueprinting.com/doctorzamps4.htmlHope this helps! terryg

John,
There are also harmonics and material that can go above the wattage rating of the amp as short term spikes or transients. The 6545, SRZ-65, and KT-45 can easily produce over 60 watts and that does not count any short term transients.

Thanks Myles! I exchanged for the 100 Watt version. Now I know why that little sucker was getting so hot.... duh...
