I have a 6545 and I have the volume at like 7pm and the Gain at 3pm. I use a "Z best Cab" At what volume do I have to worry about damaging the Cabinet? Am I losing a ton of tone, because the Volume is sooo low? Ps. The 6545 is almost keeping up with the chunkiness of my Dual Rectifier out of a 4x12!

If it's the stock Z-Best, I think you're totally fine. You're more at risk at damaging your hearing than you are the speakers/cab!
As far as tone..well, it's an MV....but ultimately if it sounds good, it is!
Enjoy, Terry

You wont have to worry about the Z Best. I was running my 6545 through a Z 2x10 cab without any problems. Since then I've gotten an SRZ-65 and I have a Z 4x10 on order.

You could alway turn it up and see what kind of tone your losing. I try an keep my master around 9 but I only have my gain set at 1 o'clock. To me the higher the master the fuller the sound gets but after 9 o'clock it gets too loud for my band and I am playing it thru a 1x12 with a Wizard in it.
