Is there any kind of effect to get a SRZ-65 sound out of a KT-45??

Funny you should ask. I used a Bad Cat X-Treme and a 2-Tone and came pretty close by rolling back the bass on the KT-45 to around 10 O'Clock. I confirmed this by a/b 'ing the SRZ and KT with that set up. Since sold both Bad Cat pedals. Great pedals, either of them.
Now I use a B.K. Bulter signed Tube Driver when using my KT. My favorite matchup with a Z 4x10.

I have a Stephenson Stage Hog that is a tube driven pedal/amp that I'm going to try with the KT-45. I also have a 6545 I'll try with it too. I'm trying to get as close as I can to a SRZ-65 as I can. Any more info/help is appreciated!!

I posted this clip in another thread but it might help you, too. It's not exactly SRZ, but it's pretty gritty. I use a KT for pretty much everything here lately. And I always run a Draconis (Lizard Leg Effects) in front of it to get that extra hair. This is my KT/Z Best, KT vol at 12, trem at 1 and bass at 11:30 with 4 clicks on a Z-Brake. I've got both sides of the Draconis on with left boost at 1 o'clock and right boost at 3 o'clock.
She does everything I need, clean to dirty.

I like the early Zeppelin sound out of that - very interesting! Good playing Shannon!

I have a 6545 and I was amazed at how closely I could get the 65 side to sound like the 45 side. Unfortunately I can't remember the settings and I think the tone stack was modified on the 65.
good luck, rock on rp

well, i dont know about sr-z but my kt45 can do the 'SRV". although i dont try to copy stevie ray vaughans playing as some do, i put a nos 5V4 rectifier and some of the new j j el34/6CA7 power tubes called "big bottle", ( yes i know they are not real big bottle el34s) biased them to 30ma and it is big grand stevie ray vaughan all the way..dont need any pedals
