Its here!! The new Monza is in my house. I haven't played with it too much other than teaching my son Michael how to play Crazy Train before he headed out to a Scout meeting. Sound real nice though, just my guitar and the amp and it really lights it up!! Michael just said wow a few times! Well spoken young man I must say. After Michael's meeting I plugged it in some more, I know it can go flat out but I wanted to hear what else it could do. My parker has a piezo pickup in it and when I rolled down the volume on the amp, rolled back the drive and opened up the tone cotrol all the way and man did is shound sweet and fat. what an awesome tool, and it won't break my back!! Todd, thanks for mentioning the Parker. I haven't had mine out in while, and this will prompt me to give it some playing time through my Zs.
I've been meaning to get back to a Monza to MAZ 18 w/bypass listening session and report. Would love your thoughts on that front.

Mike (doctorice) I'll get both my amps in the house tomorrow and I'll be able to set them side by side and do some comparisions. I'll say right off that with my guitars the monza is darker sounding than my maz jr. Not in a bad way at all just different. We'll see how they stack up in the gain department. my parker is my all time favorite guitar I've owned. It does everything I ask it to do and plays great, lovely guitar, really is Todd
