I really enjoyed that....could have listened to it all day Great playing and tones. Your singer has a great stage presence, and a voice to match (she reminded me of a country-fied Kelly Clarkson, I hope that's viewed as a good thing where you are! ) Cheers for sharing that, great stuff Jordan

I believe Josh had (has) a 212 Zbest on stage there with a very familiar Z28 head ;D Thanks for posting the video Josh.

6strang is correct. That is a ZBest with a Celestion Blue in the top and the Heritage 30 on the bottom. It's for sale with a road case if anyone is interested. I'll see if I can dig up another video. It's on my Facebook and I can't find the original video. I don't see how to grab a link to post here. If I figure it out the other video is great stuff. Me and another Z player trading leads back and forth. He was using a Prescription ES with a BadCat 2x12. Really good stuff on that vid.

The lead singer in that video is a gal named Casey Jamerson. I was just filling in for her lead guitarist that day. She is great! She's currently working on a CD with producer Paul Worley (Lady Antebellum, Dixie Chicks, Martina McBride producer). You'll hear her on the radio soon.

That was slick the way you worked Kashmir in that one tune...was that planned or off the cuff?
The Z sounded great. The singer looked good too!

Hello,
The Kashmir lick was planned. It was actually Casey's (the vocalist) idea! How about that. A young female country singer who suggested going into Kashmir! LOL.

Can you give us a rundown on the pedals you were using on this, I just picked up a Z28 a few weeks ago and loved the sounds you were getting! Great performance and tone!

Ok. Here is the rundown on settings. I had the Z volume at around 1 o'clock, treble around 11 o'clock, bass at around 1 o'clock. That was the setting used for the overdriven rhythms. When you hear extra overdrive kick in it is an Ibanez TS808 RI, I have a Wampler Ego Squasher Compressor on the entire time and use a Line 6 DL4 for delay. I was using Fralin Blues Specials in the tele. The ZBest cab has the standard Heritage 30 in the bottom and has a Celestion Blue on the top. Thanks!
