Hi..I'm a Remedy owner. I was thinking of buying an Rx Jr. to have something new in the low watt family. Do you guys think this would be a good second Z amp for me, or are they similar? Also lookng at the Maz jr. but I didn't like the attack of the maz. thanks

Like you think the Maz has more attack than you like or not enough?
Doesn't the Remedy have a super percussive attack also?

From what I have read. No they are different, but I own a RxJr not a Remedy and I don't think the RxJr is really Plexi voiced..... I used to but it was more the sound of the Greenbacks and breaking up along with the med gain that was kinda like and I refered to as but it's not.

I agree with Dave - From everything I've heard, I cant see the "Plexi-like" voice of the Remedy being anything like the Rx. Jr.
That said, I've never played a Remedy (nor heard one live) but I've always felt my Rx. Jr was a one of the most percussive and snappy amps I have. Definitely more snappy and precussive than my Maz, Ghia or Z-28. So the moral of the story is very different voice, similar attack & response.
