warts and all, as usual. (turn away at about 2'30" because i had an edit catastrophe and the vid doesn't match the audio for about 10")
new ghia combo. the bigsby is relatively new, too... if you can isolate the right side rhythm part, you can hear the bigsby throughout the song.

yeah, i was "lick syncing starting at 2'20". i made a big mistake right there that i had to fix but i didn't want to have to re-record the whole lead track / video over. anyway, i posted this because i was really happy with the audio quality and the tone of the new amp. as for the playing, i'm so out of practice, when i listen back to stuff i'm recording, i feel like "benjamin button"... i'm regressing and getting worse, not better. oh, the frustration... oh, the humanity.

Howdy, Badpoodle, there aren't enough O's in the word "Smoooth" to describe the tone you achived with your Les Paul and Carmen Ghia. Thanks for posting, I enjoyed your playing. Eggman PS: I've got a Weber AlNiCo Silver Bell in my 1-12 Z cab, which I use with my Ghia. Your rig sounds better, I'm afaid.

very smooth man! about how loud did you have the amp when you recorded this? just wondering I wrote that the amp volume was about 2 o'clock when i posted the video on Youtube but listening again, I have to think it was a type-o. My guess is it was at about 8 o'clock.

cool cool! thanks for the quick reply. I'm looking into getting my first Dr. Z amp and the ghia is probably right on top of the list.
