I am really liking my little Mini Z!
Played it today for a long time with the volume at 10 o'clock. Attenuator at 2. Strat on the neck pickup with the volume and tone around halfway. 1x12 Z cab with a greenback. Reminded me of nice old jazz tone. Little bit of growl and punchy.
Fun little amp, Eddie

Any recordings of that? I hear it has great gain tone, not too sure on the jazz/clean though. I really want ether a MiniZ or a Guia. When the funds come in Ill have to make the call.
Could you expain more the sound you are getting, it sounds like something I would like.
thanks

Eddie,
Great clip. I like to plug my combo into the 4x10. With volume turned down for cleaner tone, I get the most wonderful warm and rich sound.
Picking ain't to bad either.

If I had to choose one, I'd have to go with the Ghia. You can get more dirt from the Mini, yet at home that will still be loud. I can use a OD pedal with the ghia for various dirt, yet it also has more headroom and louder clean tones, more character. For home playing you would want a BL or AB to bring down that volume with the Ghia.
