I thought I'd start a thread on recording experiences with the Mazerati. Mine is a head and 1x12 Z cabinet combination. I did a 10 song demo CD last month and ended up using my Mazerati on most of the songs. I did one song clean with my Les Paul. It has such a rich, perfect balance of highs to lows. I love how jangly it sounded on the recording. On others, I used my HAO Rust Booster to really drive up the distortion and rock out. Every little nuance of my pinch harmonics came out great. On one part using my Les Paul, I got close to Zakk Wylde tone(I wish I was as good as him though ) off his Ozzy stuff. Cool amp---both for playing and recording! Please share your recording experiences!

we put down 5 songs last fall, took every amp I owned the other picer brought his '59 Bassman RI and there were some amps in the studio. My Ghia is on every track, a lil Z/28 sprinkled in here and there but mostly ghia.

Bukowski sent a response that his Champ recorded Fender clean tones beautifully. I used my Vibro Champ with my reverb unit to create my 60's sounding songs and it sounded great.
However, most of my tracks were with my Mazerati and Les Paul.
