Just haven't had very much time to test yet. I stuck it on the Maz Jr and played a bit and it seems very effective - I think my wife will like it a lot. Gotta think about some demo clips....

I have one too. Very effective and compact. I'm thinking about putting it on a piece of 3/8" plywood with a hanger lip and changing the wire to an input jack. Then I can hang it off the back of any head.

I got one, tried it one the Maz Jr and the Ghia. Very transparent until you hit 4 on the dial. Not too much coloration, a slight drop in the top end and more bass to my ears. I can't see ever playing out on less than 3, so all good. I pulled the double sided tape and added some velcro in its place, put some velcro inside the Maz Jr and Ghia to trade it betwee the two. We well see how the velcro holds up.

Got mine today. Have just tried it for about 20 minutes. I'm impressed with how little, if any, sound coloration there is with this unit. I love the way the Maz sounds when the output section gets pushed. Now I can enjoy that more often The Brake-lite will be mounted permanently in there.

I've a couple... my strategy was one for each head... but where to put it? Curiously, the flang thing (bent metal part with no apparent purpose) fits perfect under the amp handle... that's doing it on top of the head for now, but not likely the long term solution... unless I make a bottom for it.

Adding a bottom works great. If you use 1/2 or 5/8 inch plywood it gives it enough weight where the speaker cables won't pull it.
3/8 wasn't heavy enough.

works like this... a back would be great,. I will likely go with masonite though.

Just one word of caution, check the tolex under the Brake-Lite from time to time to make sure the heat isn't effecting it. Again guys I can only state it was designed to fit on the inner wall of a speaker cab or combo. DR.Z

Yeah, that could be like laying an 18 watt light bulb on your amp. Might cause a scorch mark...

It actually works much better on my R66 head because it sets atop the vent/grill thing. I have played it for a couple of hours at this point with no problem, though I did notice some slight heat build up... will definitely keep an eye on it.
