Just looking to see how you guys set up your amps for that Paisley sound through your RXES? I tried searching the forums and couldn't find anything. If this thread exists please provide a link. I am going for the tone of the Time Well Wasted album. Thanks Edwin

Plug in a Tele and Play.
I bought the amp initially for the Paisley "Mud on the Lens" and TWW sound.
I think the airbrake is absolutely essential with this amp. You really need to crank up the Hi input to get that hair Brad has on TWW.
Add a analog delay and a keeley compressor, and alnico speakers and loads of talent ;D

I believe Paisley was using the Lindy Fralin bridge PU for that test.

Yes...I verified he has the Lindy Fralin on the Paisley Tele and also the Black Buck Owens tribute Tele - so I put on in my Telecaster to see if it makes a difference. It really helps the thing sizzle. The pickup does add extra cut and edge. I get more of that saw edge tone that is on the Dr. Z ES page with Paisley demo'ing the amp.
