Brings up lotsa questions from me. 1) Which Z is that? 2)What are the speaker cabinets? 3)Is that a Heritage guitar, or maybe I'm seeing the pickup of the other guitar blending into the LP headstock?

This is from a DVD... That guitar is not a Heritage unless they changed their headstocks. Don't know anything else... but it's a cool vid.

That's the first Z-Best there. We saw one just like it at Z-Fest last year. The original you could see the port.
SRZ-65 into Z-Best. MMMMMMM!

I've seen that inlay on a bunch of Gibson LP headstocks before, inside the inlay it reads "Custom Shop". I think they did a lot of the early run Les Paul Elegants (in the Custom Shop) that way, not sure if any other custom shop instruments got that same treatment or not.
So maybe it is an early run Custom Shop Les Paul Elegant?

Feb of 2001 is when I picked up my first Z amp, directly from the Dr Z shop (there were no Cleveland dealers at that time). When I picked my Maz Jr up, I remember Dr Z telling me he was Joe Walsh's amp tech for these shows.

I have about 50 minutes of that show on DVD, but it's not very good quality. I can Torrent it if a few will DL it. Let me know.

I was @ that show. He kept going back to it. He would play another, then immediately he would switch back to that LP. You could hear the differance.
