Hi everyone. I assumed earlier that a loose tube socket may have surprisingly got rid of my buzz problem but now I am convinced it was the input jacks. The buzz came back and I eventually traced it myself to the input jacks. When I wiggled the cable around right at the jack on both jacks the buzz became intermittent. I know it was not the cable. I cleaned both jacks and haven't had a buzz since.( a couple months). Hope this helps.

Hey All, I had a bad hum with my Senior/Verb 1-12 combo. Turns out it was the 12AT7. I replaced it with a GT and it works/sounds perfect without the hum. Rick

I have a Maz Sr that's developed an increasingly loud hum with some crackling, I'm guessing it's time for new power tubes. This hum is there without cables in also BTW. When I'm playing you can't hear it. The amp gets played alot and I haven't changed the power tubes since I got it.
