So I just got an Airbrake and now when I turn my RXES up, I get a buzzing sound on top of notes, it sounds like a fuzz pedal. It is worth noting I haven't changed the tubes out and none of the tubes are very high quality. My EF-86 is microphonic, so I'm thinking it's the culprit. Other suggestions?

You might want to ask Myles in the Expert section.
When I had my Maz and an Airbrake I used to to get this weird buzzing sound on top of whatever I was playing. It happened whether I was using the Airbrake or not. I was playing through a 1x12 that I got new with a new Maz 38 head. The 1x12 was loaded with a Classic G12H-30. Apparently I was the only one who could hear it cuz' when I took it to a local music shop they couldn't. I tightened the mount bolts for the chassie in the head, made sure all the tubes were tight in their sockets and in good working order, checked the mount bolts in the speaker frame, pretty much everything I could think of did not help. I finally switched to a Vintage 30 and the buzz went away.
