Well i picked the Jr today, very well put together, it is Blonde, gave it a quick go , but the only speakers i had were in my Marshall 4x12 (G1275), i have greens, but not loaded, i also have a 2x12 orange with the V30's(16ohms)and 2 Tone Tubby's in a 2x12 Marshall cab also 16ohms . Hopefully i'll get a chance to try the Greens this week-end. I would like to thank all those who supplied info on this amp and speakers. This is a great forum to share knowledge , meet people, and of course share there love of music. Cheers Paul

I'm betting your RX will sound great with any of those. But having a Tone Tubby here, I'm also betting you'll really dig that setup!

The Blonds sound great don't they? ;D...My Rx Jr is a Blond W/Black front panel it looks killer like it Sounds.... I'm gassing for my second Z Convertible cab. I want to run My Rx Jr W/ both cabs... It should sound GREAT A G12H and the second W/ a V-30. It's like a Z best without the weight and the sound will be different, but I can't lift 64 lbs with my bad back. 30 lbs at a time is much better for me... GOOD LUCK WITH YOU NEW DR Z...It won't be your last, I've had 5 Zs in the last 4 years...I'm HOOKED

I'd suspect the Tubby cab will be right nice.
I have two 1x12 cabs here, 1 Tubby & 1 G12h and those together are swell, single 12 is the Tubby hands down.
