How do you tell what # your JR is?

Isn't the number part of the serial number? I think the first letter is the year, then there is a model number code, then the count of that model (for the year or total??).

kruzty's right.....the last digits are the count for that model to date-it does not "roll over" every year.
so if it was say
O 19006
That would be 2004 (because of the "O". "A" started in 1990)
"19" Means "Delta 88"... "10" is a Route 66....etc. - ever model has a two digit number
"006" means it's the 6th one ever made.

I would bet there have been (or there will be) more than 1,000 Ghia's or Maz Jrs made. What happens then - is there a 4th digit added to the last number?

I think there's been a couple of thousand MAZ Jr's made... but I haven't looked at a new one to see if it indeed is into 6 digits. I'm guessing it is 6 digits.

I have an R head with 5 digits. I have a couple of combos with a letter and 4 digits.
