I was watching some YouTube tonight and caught the O’Jays in an episode of Live from Daryl‘s House. Noticed Shane Theriot playing a Maz 18

Shane is a killer player. A real tone hound as well.

I've been a big fan of this show from Day 1.

Back when they were all over the radio, I didn't ever get into Hall and Oates much. Darryl's House has really opened my eyes to how good he really is. And the Maz 18 remains one of my all time favorite Z amps. It's so versatile, I really dig that amp. Specially with the MKII mod.

Back when they were all over the radio, I didn't ever get into Hall and Oates much. Ditto! I liked Rich Girl and Sara Smile but hit the channel changer on most of the others, especially Man Eater and the like.
After watching the show, Daryl definitely has deep R&B and blues roots.
