I hear so many horrible customer services stories that I feel compelled to share the really good ones. So here's my great expereince with Diamond Pedals.
My Diamond Tremolo pedal wasn't working right. I thought a pot or something had gone bad on it. I wrote Diamond Pedals and asked them if they thought the problem was a pot that I could easily switch out. Aimish Wallace himself answers me. After a few emails, I send him a video of the problem and he tells me "Yeah there's a problem...send it to us." It's out of warranty so it was going to cost me $25 to have it repaired plus $15 to ship it back to me. That seemed like a very fair deal to me so I sent it in. They're in Canada.
So, Fourteen days later it shows up all fixed and there's no invoice. I wrote to thank them and asked them to send me the invoice so I could get them paid. Aimish writes me back and says "don't worry about it. It didn't take a lot of time. We'll just call it warranty work."
Who does that kind of thing?

Not many. I have had great experiences with Paul Cochrane re my Original Tim as well as XOTIC re an AC Boost.

Another + for Diamond. I had an on/off switch fail on a Diamond pedal. I sent them an email and within a week they sent me 2 not 1 replacement switches. (I said I was fine with doing the replacement - but they sent an extra just in case i messed up). I've owned a few Diamonds over the years and they have all been great.

+1 on Paul Cochran. Replaced the footswitch on my Timmy no cost. Shipped it back for free too.
My diamond memory lane jr has yet to have any issues but aimish has always been helpful and Diamond is a great company
