Hi, I've had my Maz for a while, and know that there are many more experienced than me on this. It does sound like tube issue, since your amp is really new, I don't think the send/returns in the effects loop are the problem. PreAmp - 12ax7's probably or the reverb socket. V1 or V4? hopefully someone will chime in on this. good luck.

Don't under estimate the Cleaning inputs with deoxit/Q tipped cleaned, ripped my whole amp apart one time only to find in was the low input was dirty...v1 has been culprit a lot...tubes reverb section...vari boost and loop cleaned too...I always have tubes to spare and usually the problem...

I don't believe from that second video that it is a bad tube, I would say the trouble is in the shorting section of your input jack. The Switchcraft 1/4 " jacks are mechanical devices, and one good trip on your guitar cord can miss align the shorting tab. I know you state low hours, but a cord incident , one that you might not even be aware of , I have seen cause that issue. Tighten the 1/4" nuts on both jacks and give both a good cleaning.

Definitely seems input jack related. I'll trouble shout it more when I get home. I have 2 and 4 year old boys. There are a lot of opportunities to trip on a cable.
