Anybody really familiar with both Catalinbread Topanga Reverb & Subdecay Super Spring Theory? Which one do you prefer when it comes to the core tone of those two?
Any pedal in this genre that exceeds those two in your opinion?

I had two of the Topanga's, then I bought and built some reverb amps.
I had really liked the tone and feel that I got out of the pedal.
That's all.

Same here, I’ve really only used the Toponga, the Van Amps Solemate, and now the Zverb. Since I don’t play out the Z gets the usage. They all drip if you’re into surf.

Not familiar with the others at all but I just got a Topanga and love it!! I was never a huge reverb guy but this pedal has some sweet tones and sounds in it! Very realistic in my opinion.

Only have the Topanga. It sounds very nice. Better than the built in reverb some of my amps have.

Thanks everybody. I'm familiar with Topanga, tried it several times & today got it second hand for 140€! Still liked to hear about The Spring Theory especially compared to Topanga.
