As you may have noticed, I put up one of my treasured Antidote prototypes for sale yesterday to help pay for a new addition to the MuZum. As Mark (Basemententhusiast) wrote, it must be something pretty special to sell off one of the Antidotes. It is . Doc must have been cleaning out the basement in Z Central - seems that he had a Maz 38 NR that Brad Paisley had been using. Brad sent it in for some work but Doc just sent him a new chassis instead. Doc then used this 38 to do prototype work on the MK II and the 1/2 power mods. For me, this is a double counter - both a celebrity owned amp AND it is a prototype. I don't have it yet but I'll be going to pick it up soon.
Just wanted to thank Doc publicly for thinking about myself and the MuZum - and then making me a deal that I couldn't refuse! Doc doesn't have to do this and yet he does - I can't think of another manufacturer that would do this for his customers. This is the reason why Doc celebrated his 30th anniversary last year and I celebrated my "40+ Z anniversary" last year as well! Thanks Doc!!!!
p.s. - I'll post pics when I get it. Oh yea, I'm trying to put together a mini-mini Z-Fest in August where we'll all get to preview both the Maz 38 mods and the Z-Master. Details to follow soon.
Jaguarguy (Mike): Hey Gary - Joe Walsh used a G12 65 in his Galaxie and it sounds great!

GuitarZ: So, I cranked up the privacy protection on my browsers, facebook, etc. I have to say I miss the music ads and such. I really don't need ads for watches and other random stuff. Maybe the internet knowing me isn't such a bad thing.

The Bad Poodle: This may be a truism... when you work in a corporate structure, the worst decisions always come from the top.

The Bad Poodle: I bought airline tickets online... now every few days i get emails that read "Your trip is almost here but aren't you forgetting something?? You don't have trip insurance!" and i'm thinking..."is there something i should know about your plane maintenance?"

GuitarZ: Reminds me of buying my Honda. When they tried to sell me the maintenance package, I said "Is your car not reliable?" Long story short my wife teamed up with the sales lady to buy the maint package. Never again!
