I have a gretsch executive g6165 and I’ve noticed 2 of 6v6 tubes are really dim and aren’t lit up as much as the one. What does this mean? Are those tubes bad? I’m planing on changing the tubes in it but how do I know if it’s fixed bias or cathode biased? Does anyone know?

I assume this has four 6V6's. If so swap positions, inside to outside.
If the dimness follows the tubes than they are weak.
If the tubes in the new positions are now weak, then you have a circuit issue.

Doc, you are amazing. Not many people would chime in on advice on another mfgs product.
