My #1 gigging axe is an '89 Am Std Strat with Amalfitano SP PU's (think Tx Specials). Back in the 90's, I put a Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge and liked the results. It gave me one guitar that could cover a bunch of ground.
Fast forward 25+ years and I'm thinking of going back to a humbugger in the bridge (Strat size, no routing). I've looked at the Duncan and DiMarzio offerings. Fralin and Lollar don't seem to have humbuckers in Strat size.
Are there any others out there that you have tried with success?

If you go the Duncan route, the Little 59 works great. Warmer than the hotrails and less output, so it matches up better to the single coils. Like the hotrails you can wire it so when you are in the bridge and middle together positon (never know if that's 2 or 4) it goes into single coil.

+1 on the Little ‘59. I’ve got one in a Tele at the bridge and it sounds great.

I've got a DiMarzio DP409 Virtual Vintage Heavy Blues 2 in the bridge of one of my Strats, it's a really good sounding pickup. I think you'd like it. I matched it up with a pair of DP408 Virtual Vintage '54 Pros, and it's a good sounding combination.

I replaced the lace sensor pups in my '88 Clapton Strat probably 25 years ago, I have a DiMarzio DP 404 Virtual Vintage Solo in the bridge position and I have never looked back - I've been very happy with it. Good luck!

Decided to go with the Duncan Little '59. That's the way I was leaning when I first did the post, but I wanted to test the waters to see if there wasn't some outlier that I wasn't aware of. Thanks guys and I'll report back after a gig or two!

Fralin does indeed make a handful of humbuckers that would fit in a Strat. If you're looking for true double-coil humbucker-sized ones, just look for the "F-spaced" option of any of their humbuckers. If you're looking for single-coil sized with hum cancelling, he's got a couple (split-blades and split steel-pole).
But no, none of Fralin's designs mimic the Little '59 setup where it's two neighboring full-6-string-width coils packed into 1 single-coil slot. I've only seen Duncan & DiMarzio do those.
