I have three great amps that I can gig with: Remedy, ZLux and my Wreck. I've been gigging the Z-Lux almost exclusively for the past year. It is so versatile and does everything I need it to do. I love the verb and the trem. I have thought about selling my Remedy, but why? I know I will only regret it.
But....I've been playing the Wreck again and I must say, once again, how much I LOVE this amp. I am seriously thinking about making this the main gigging amp again, at least for the bigger venue's. Maybe I'll just bring a different one every show. The thing about a Wreck and a Z-Lux is that they are very easy to dial in AND there isn't a bad tone in them.
For the fun of it, I read the settings threads and just messed around with some of the other Wreck players favorite settings. And I learned more about this amp. I tried cranking the volume to the 1pm territory. Which is a great tone, but still, I think I prefer the volume somewhere between 10-11:30 for my gigs. No brake lite and no dirt pedals. It just sings in that area and it feels great.
Speed for me!

Amen brother...preach! We're headed out for Gallup this morning for a weekend of gigs and the Z-Wreck is tucked safely into its roadcase in the trailer. The only downside of this gig is they monitor volume pretty closely so the Brake Lite will get a workout.
