There's another guitarist who plays at my church as well as cover/originals bands, and he's been looking at Z's since he heard my Maz 8. He has a variety of amps - most Fender Deluxe style as well as a variety of guitars but still seems to be searching. Well, I got a text from him today that he ordered a Z Plus and it will be delivered next week. My amp buying days are pretty much over but I am sure anxious to hear this new offering the Doc has created - as well as my friends evaluation. I'm anticipating that his searching will be over.
Great amps, nice guitars, and a small tonal spice rack.

For years, I played Laney amps and my other guitar player played Dr. Z amps. He always sounded killer. One day while setting up at a gig, I was busy talking about something while I was plugging my head in and wasn't paying attention. (You only make this mistake ONCE in your amplifier life!) I plugged it in the wrong way. I turned my amp on, started playing it and no sound came out and then it started smoking! I fried the circuit board. Thankfully there was a Peavey Classic 20 combo for a back up.
IluvPunz let me "borrow" his Remedy for the next gig and I bought it off him that same day! I was hooked. Sold all my Laney stuff and now own a Wreck and a ZLux. You did your friend a big favor!
Jaguarguy (Mike): Hey Gary - Joe Walsh used a G12 65 in his Galaxie and it sounds great!

GuitarZ: So, I cranked up the privacy protection on my browsers, facebook, etc. I have to say I miss the music ads and such. I really don't need ads for watches and other random stuff. Maybe the internet knowing me isn't such a bad thing.

The Bad Poodle: I bought airline tickets online... now every few days i get emails that read "Your trip is almost here but aren't you forgetting something?? You don't have trip insurance!" and i'm thinking..."is there something i should know about your plane maintenance?"

GuitarZ: Reminds me of buying my Honda. When they tried to sell me the maintenance package, I said "Is your car not reliable?" Long story short my wife teamed up with the sales lady to buy the maint package. Never again!
