I looked for a cable like that but settled on this passive box. You have option of running in series or parallel and ohm selection. Radial puts out some good products

Hi Savoy, Welcome to the forum and congrats on a great amp!! The plus is on my bucket list. I have one of these boxes sitting on my kitchen table. For me it comes down to this, I spend a lot of money on my amp hand wired, point to point Dr Z amps and I love the way they sound and feel when I play them. I just couldn't bring myself to running the output of my amp through a box that isn't built the same way. my 2 cents, Todd

The Zplus has 4,8,and 16 ohm outputs on it so I took the 4 ohm out into the cab link and ran it into two 8 ohm cabs in parallel. Different sound .

I’ve got the blue alnico too. A 12” Vintage 30 in the other cab

$80 seems a little steep for the cab link.

$80 seems a little steep for the cab link. A major reason I went with Todd’s cable. There are cheaper cables (in all senses of that word) as well, but Todd’s stuff will last as long as the Z amps it’s connected to.

I much prefer hand made, old school hardwired products. I'm not a printed circuit board nay sayer, but in some applications they're just not as sturdy or as easy to repair. Plus I prefer supporting a small business whenever possible.
But if it works and scratches the itch, then it's all good. Enjoy!

Had a chance at the show to compare the radial with Todd's Procable box. Todd had one there for comparison. Here's my takeaway. Both have nice metal boxes. Radial has a printed circuit board. Procables has 12 gauge soldered wires. Radial has plastic jacks. Procables has metal jacks. When your bass player or drummer accidentally steps on the box with cables plugged into it, (trust me, it will happen) which will survive? Radial is put together by? Procables is put together by Patty (or Todd if she lets him) who's work is impeccable. Radial $79.99. Procables $65.00 with a discount for Z-forum. Introductory offer until Feb 1 of $50.00. For me the choice is easy.

I’ve placed an order for this procable box. I’m curious. I have two orders for the Happy Cab, are you Terry? We had a couple of them left from the guitar show this past weekend so we'll get you one in the mail by Tuesday or Wednesday. You will have #2 of the first 10 built!! Thanks for giving us a try, Todd
