As some of you have seen on the guitar thread, I have a new Gibson ES 339. You can see it here. ztalk.proboards.com/thread/80723/ngd-gibson-es-339-picAs one would expect, it is completely different from the Les Paul that I have! Currently, my Therapy settings for the LP has been Master: to taste; B: 8:30; M: Dimed; T: 1:30-2:00: V: 2-5:00 depending on the what gain is needed for the song. You can really get a "Marshally" sound with this setting. Well, I didn't like those settings for my 339 and I wanted more of a "blues" tone rather than a "rock" tone. Here's what I got to. B: 10:00; M 8:30; T: 10:00; V: around 12:30. Master to taste. I get more of a "Blackface" tone out of this than I ever thought that I could. That Middle control really does make this amp versatile. All of that and that smooth overdrive? This amp is amazing!

The Therapy has some really, really good clean tones in it. Killer.

I agree about Therapy cleans. There is nothing I want from an amp that the Therapy can't do.

Congrats! I bet that sounds great!
I really enjoyed the Therapy with 300 series Gibson’s. I have a 335 and 336, both paired so well with the Therapy.
