Curious to see what guitar is your #1! Mine used to be my AVRI 52 Tele with lollar special t’s, but the Gretsch g6112-tcb jr has become my go-to and favorite guitar. Just plays like a dream! So what is yours??

Hard thing to say. Depends on what I am going for. My New Orleans JB14 is like a part of me. But so is my Asher Marc Ford Model or my Gibson's... Man tough choice. That is a gorgeous Gretsch you have there.! Nice! My next guitar will be a Collins double cut with 2 p-90s. I have a feeling that would oust the gretsch, but my wife bought my gretsch for my 30th bday. Ton of sentimental value to me! She also bought me a Martin D-17M on our wedding day. Dammit it helps to have an awesome wife. The Martin is my go to acoustic.

It took me along time to become a single coil guy. Or at least admit it. Before then #1 was usually a Heritage 535, but the alternate #1 was a AAA Guild Bluesbird. These days #1 is a rather humble Stratocaster with Jon Moore pickups. (There is also a handmade jazz box that needs to be mentioned, just cuz...)

My 1987 Strat Plus has been my #1 for 31 years. Stock except for a Wilkinson trem-set I installed early on. I think I put my "10,000 hours" in on this axe and the finish still looks great, the gold Lace Sensors still sound amazing and it plays like a dream. The frets have been dressed a couple of times and at this point are pretty well gone. Just need to find that right luthier to refret her.

2014 R7 BB triple pickup Custom Black Beauty stop tail. I haven’t had it for too long Three years... Best guitar I’ve owned. Like the feel and sounds. Occasionally I think about changing the pickups... but so far I’m finding the stock ‘57 Classics ok. I did turn the middle pu around and I like the bridge middle combo better like that. ME P.S. I have a Gibson Custom Shop Stage Deluxe Rosewood acoustic which is an awesome guitar!

My ‘81 blonde Strat. Bought it brand new at the time. Callaham bridge and trem after the original trem block broke. Have the stock pups until recently installing Fralin vintage hot. Original tuners. Schaller strap locks and a Jeri Hart strap. This is the one I’d grab in a fire and the one I always come back to.

No doubt, my last birthday present from my late wife Sue...my 2017 Firebird T... Stock except for Faber locking bridge and tailpiece, and Tone Man pots and PIO tone caps. The stock pots got noisy in six months so I just went ahead and put all new controls in her. Sounds great. I can play any style from jazz to rock with it. Love this guitar.

Right now, my Les Paul. It's in my avatar. BUT, since I got to play Dave's Firebird at Z-Fest, I'll soon get one!

Nice #1 around here! Mine is my Collings i-35LC. My 290 is a very close second, but I'm currently in a hard process of having only one electric guitar... I've been asking myself about wich one is my #1 for about a year. Such a hard decision!

My R8. Closely followed by my avri 52 with florance nocasters Any sound clips of the Florence nocasters? I’ll work on that. You’re the second one to ask. What do you want to hear it through? Amps available: drri, Princeton reverb from ‘73, valco made gretsch, Dr Z Maz Jr, or a Victoria 20112 5e3

I’ve only got two and can’t seem to decide, although I recently swapped pickups on the red Tele to p92/blues special so that could change things. I’ll just vote for the Telecaster:

I'm also digging that New Orleans JB14! I'm checking into those! I cannot say enough good things about Vincent and the guitars he makes. The JB14 rings like a piano, to me at least.

I'm an idiot! I have an R8, a Crook T-style and several other great guitars but these are the two I use 99.9% of the time; A $900 LP and a Strele

Keith A what pickups are on your strele? They look like either Fender Noiseless or Lace Sensors.
