Last year I bought the Waterfall chorus by Jam Pedals. It took only like two days until it went dead silent when switched on. So I got my money back and bought a new one. Everything's been fine since today: the same problem, defect occurred today.
Anyone else noticed the same quality problem with this pedal? I definitely don't think it's a coincidence the same flaw occurs in the same model. The drawback is that Waterfall's tone's superior to any chorus pedal I've tried. I may replace it by my Providence Anadime ADC-4 but it's only a good 4 star pedal where as Waterfall's in a class of it's own - tonally.

Contact the company and say how much you love it.

I’ve only heard good things about jam. What are your thoughts on the tone of the chorus. Some people say it’s unpleasant in the high end? Do you feel that way?

It's on my board and will stay there. Just love the color of it's tone and the way it lets the signal breath. The latter wasn't the case with Ripple. Another chorus I've got is Providence Anadime ADC-4. A brilliant pedal too. It was only after I'd bought those pedals I read Steve Lukather saying those two are his favorite chorus pedals.
