Hi
I have the opportunity to buy a ´09 EZG-50, 2x10`combo with Z-speakers.
Does the `09 model differ from a new?
If so, how does it differ?
Thanks

I think the major difference is that the '09 bass comes on very strong early - at 9:00 it's very noticeable. Doc revised it so that it is more of a gradual thing. I've never had a problem with it - I l have a 2008 and it doesn't bother me at all.

As far as I know the only difference should be the bass reduction mod., which is very easy to do.

Thanks. Then I’ll take it.

Thanks. Then I’ll take it. What I really suggest you to do is the reverb mod: supereasy but very effective.

Ask your tech to copy the reverb circuit of the originale blackface Super Reverb, it’s enough.
