Peter Florence Voodoo pickups are among the best I have tried. Lollar and Fralin are good as well.

Lollars in my ASAT, Suhr Landau's in my Legacy. I also liked the Fralin Blues Specials in a previous G&L Strat I owned.

Xotic RV-60's in my XSC-1. The RV-50's are excellent too. They're not "noiseless", but they're dead quiet through my MAZ 8.
Here's a demo:

Two of my Strats have whatever pickups came in them. I also have a '95 CS Strat whose pickups I changed several times before I settled on Suhr ML standards. That was a few years ago and I'm still happy with them; vintage but with a tad more oomph.

my 62 reissue has Kinman noiseless. When i bought the guitar, the original pups had been pulled and replaced with Texas Specials, which i did not like at all. The Kinman are nice but I can't say i've heard very many other boutique single-coils. I know the Lollars are highly regarded.

The ‘81 has Fralin vintage hot. The MIM inherited my EMG DG20s (the Gilmour set).
Love the Gilmours. Fralins are good, but candidly not $275 better than the stock ones on the ‘81 (and that’s not a year known for its pickups).
Edit: Forgot about my Z90s on the Epi LP. Those are awesome.

In the age of cork sniffing boutique pickups, it doesn't seem kosher to say this, but the stock "hi-gain" pickups in my Rickenbacker 370 are just right. They look a little goofy, but I've owned lots of guitars- even Rics- and I can't say I've ever heard better. Most of my Rics have the "vintage" toaster pickups and those are a tad more jangly/beatlesesque, but they seem to provide a little less variation in tone.
Others I like: I like the P90s in my Gibson 330 a lot and they aren't all that noisy. I have a couple of Strats with custom Fender pickups that sound very nice too.

I've tried a lot of Telecaster pickups and I have some different ones like the Voodoo's for variety in the studio but if I had to choose 1 I'd go with the Lindy Fralin Blues Special Telecaster pickup. That's really a great sound and it's helped every guitar I've put it in.

Fender makes some pretty good pickups, that's what are in my '87... I put a set of Lollar Blondes in my '62 RI for some reason that escapes me. They sound awesome though, and the folks at Lollar are top notch. And my LsL has whatever Lance put in them - I think he winds his own.
So, another vote for Lollar, I guess - they really are magic.
All strats, BTW, as you could probably tell from my avatar. <--

I’ve had a bunch- and I think I prefer noiseless overall- My avatar has mojotone quiet coils 58’ I had kinmans in a guitar 10 years ago and liked them but can’t remember there sound. Also fralin blues specials..which were nice. I used some backplate from suhr that cancels hum. Worked pretty good, but not perfect.
So if you know any noiseless singles that get to the real sound without the hum. That’s what I’m after. I had fender noiseless but didn’t like them as much as others. I have fat 50s in a strat now that I may swap out, I never heard the area line from dimarzio.. thanks for the input!

ok Im going with what I already use- Mojo tone quiet coils 58' But with a hotter bridge. These sound great and have no hum.. Was thinking of trying others but why when Im happy with these! If you haven't tried them you may want to - especially if you like a hum free Strat or tele.

For Strats, Fralin Vintage Hot strat set is very nice, and “glassy;” I like ‘em a lot, but warning for typically non-strat guys they’ll sound pretty bright. Haven’t tried Lollar strat pickups, but I do have a Suhr that I switched the stock V70’s out of (strong & bright, not a great combo) and installed V60LP’s. I like the V60LP’s a lot... less sharp and glassy but low-medium output and a lot of spank/bounce.
For Tele’s, I agree with Roscoe (and Brad Paisley?) that the Fralin Blues Specials are indeed special—decent output and punch but still vintage-sounding. You can rock with those. I also have the lower/standard Fralin Vintage Tele pickups now and they’re amazing too. I take the same approach that Doc mentioned in his “shop guitars” AMA video, in that I like low-output pickups in order to give the amp the most detail to work with, rather than high-output that loses a little something.
(Pete Thorn also recommends this low-output pickup approach, even with higher-gain rock that he plays. And you know what, he’s right, because his signature Suhr humbuckers are straight-up phenomenal.)

I have a set of Ron Ellis 50/60’s with a Hot bridge in my EJ Strat and a set of Ellis 64’s in my ‘63 RI Strat. Both have ended my search for Strat pickups. However, with a 2 year wait & pay first, they are not for everyone. Another vote for the Lollar Dirty Blonde Set for readily available sets.
For Tele, I enjoy the aNaLoG.MaN/Fralin “Big T” set. Ended my search there too.
*While the Ellis’ ended my Strat pickup search, the new Throbak Strat sets are intriguing*

LOL...I forgot to mention earlier, years ago I was in G.C. and some dude (who could play the blues fo' sho') was trying an amp with his own guitar that he said had DeTemple pickups in it--they sounded amazing. And I believe these are the pickups that Dean Parks is using at the beginning of his Y.T. video of the Carmen Ghia.

I had the DeTemples on a ‘89 Fender American Standard Strat for several years, then decided to put them in a hollow body Strat that I had custom made (parts were about $1,600, including $600 for the DeTemples - he is very proud of them). I think the thing I like best about them is the evenness of output between the three pups; I mean, if you switch to the bridge pup, you don’t have to go diving for your guitar knobs to get things under control. This is something that Dean Parks talks about in his video. Also, if you buy the whole wired pickguard from him, it can be wired for a 7 position selector switch and comes shielded; this is what I ended up ordering from him.
You can call Mike DeTemple, and he’ll be glad to talk to you.
FYI, I put SDs in the AmStd: neck - hot rails, middle - vintage rails, bridge - lil screaming demon, which came out sounding pretty balanced, too.

In my Grosh ElectraJet, the ElectraSonic pickups are just fantasitc!

Fralins are always nice. Love Florance’s tele pickups. His nocaster bridge is amazing. I also really like the fender EJ set.

I replaced the Fralin Vintage Hots (with a SP43 in the bridge) with some DiMarzio noiseless DP402 Virtual Vintage Blues in the neck and middle and a DP409 Virtual Vintage Heavy Blues 2 in the bridge. They're quiet and really sound good. I like them better than the Kinmans I had too. Great chime for a noiseless, DiMarzio got it right with these. I think I might sell off my Fralins.
