I’m sure this is a simple fix because the amp was working perfectly. But every time I flip on the standby the fuse blows immediately. Any suggestions as to what tube this might be?

It's going to be a tube issue. Not knowing what type of amp you have, I would suggest you follow the link below to Doc's trouble shooting link. My money is on rectifier tube. drzamps.com/info/faq-troubleshoot/
