Do I have to be in standby mode to change the wattage setting? I seem to remember a doctor Z YouTube demo where they were switching it back and forth while playing.... Just checking

I don't recall that video, but I've always turned mine off whenever switching back and forth (same with my Maz 8 going from pentode to triode). Let's wait and see who else chimes in with more info.
