Asked this over in the M12 forum, but didn't get a lot of traffic, so...
I'm looking to make a stereo rig with my M12 and another amp that can keep up with the clean volume of the M12. Is that something the Cure can do? If not, got any alternatives for me?
Thanks, all!

Having owned an M-12 and hearing a Cure. You have basically The Cure with more of an American voice and a M-12 voxey. If you're looking for 2 totally different tones you have them. If you're look for a distorted tone and a Clean one that sound similar . I'd probably Go with a Monza. My personal take is that EL84 break is not quite as Clear as 6V6 is . So if You are trying to use both amps simultaneously Monza. If you are looking to expand you range Cure.

Nope, that's what I'm looking for: two complimentary clean voices. Thanks!

The Ghia might be a good alternative too. A bit louder than the M12 but you can dial it in fairly clean - and it would provide you with alternative of some dirt if you want it.
