Perhaps discussed before, and I’ve just missed it in my search - I’d like to run a reverb in the loop - my preference is inexpensive -
If anyone has a suggestion, or a pointer to a previous discussion, I’d appreciate it - thanks!

I tried a Mini HOF in the loop when I first got my Cure, but it couldn't take the amp's send level, and sounded nasty. Then I got a Flint; quite expensive but sounds great, definitely the best of the bunch I tried.

I’ve got a Flint too. It sounds great, but it’s not inexpensive.

My Z-Verb sounds superb in the loop. On my board, I have a Keeley 30MS and it's reverb is very good going to the amp's guitar input.

I initially put my Flint in the loop because I believe the reverb is after the preamp section in an amp with built-in reverb. However, I have found I like it much better in front of the amp. I don't know why. I did read an article by the guy who builds all the Way Huge pedals. He said he designs all of his pedals for the front of the amp because amp builders have very different methods to implement effects loops and he can't plan for all of them. Let your ears decide.

I’m running a flint in the loop. Love it. But I do need to troubleshoot a bit because I’m getting prettt significant volume drop when I have the loop connected now that I’m using longer cables and added a delay and vb2. I may pick up a mythos buffer to add to the loop (love the mjolnir and Herculean from them right now).
