sound pretty good for 79 bucks. Too late for stocking stuffers for the young new players but still affordable depending on their allowance!

Yea seem like good sounding pedals,at a good price. But the way Pete plays, everything sounds good.I like the Leslie one a lot, especially on the slow setting.

I just got the Leslie one in the mail. I'll plug it in and report back tomorrow! Cool ! I'd be very interested to know how it get's along with the Maz 8. I've been considering adding a Lesley pedal. This one looks like it might fit into the gear budget.

Tried the Big Spender Spinning Speaker pedal this morning and I thought it sounded really credible. I have 2 real Leslie cabinets, the full size 147 and the Fender/Leslie Model 16.
This pedal's controls are all very useful. Volume: for either unity gain or adding more gain. Treble: for either unity treble or adding more if you were adding more gain Speed: for control of the Fast speed.
More control than you would have from a real Leslie cabinet actually. The Ramp Speed sounds very realistic both up and down.
Does not take a battery so if you are "batteries only" you are out of luck. Not stereo either but like I said it does a really great Leslie sound like you would hear from a Leslie.
Heck of a pedal for $80

Sounds good and great value but not getting rid of my EHX Lester K just yet. The ramp up and down in stereo is addictive. Quick tip for Leslie Sims is to run a compressor before them seems to lift it up a level.

A little perspective. I remember how good I thought the Destonation Rotation pedal was 10 years ago. That was $300 and mono and this thing blows it away with a lot less controls.

How is the quality of components (switches, pots etc.)? Do they feel good? I've had bad luck with Dano pedals over the years with bad jacks and switches. I know it's an $80 pedal, but still it should have reasonable quality hardware (I would like to hope, anyway). I have one of the OCD clones from ten years back and I don't care for the concentric pots they used. Really user unfriendly. These do look well laid out and have nice knobs on them. Looks good!

I'm sure it isn't meant to be a touring pedal (unless it's set up with a switching system, Gig Rig?), but it has to be much better than those Ibanez Soundtank pedals!

Metal Housing Metal Jacks Metal Switches Larger knobs. No play in the pots. The same 9V connection that everybody else in the industry uses. Overall weight just a touch heavier than a typical Mad Professor pedal. I don't know why someone couldn't use one of these on tour?

I have the Texas Pride. Just started toying with it. I am running it after a compressor but may have to swap them. It doesn't have a lot of gain but has a ton of volume available. The way I'm running it currently, if you raise the level above 9 o'clock it is way too much of a volume bump. Still need to play with location in my pedal chain be fore making any decisions. It does make the neck pickup on a Strat sound full and thick but yet still clean. Also seems like it likes hotter pickups if you're looking for crunch.
