So I did some horse trading with a Z-brother and I've got a sweet Z-Verb coming in on Wednesday...and I'm stoked. Thanks Ron, she's going to be in good hands!
Couple of questions:
Is the footswitch jack on the rear of the Z-Verb a 1/4" phone plug?
Also, I know there's been a ground lift change to the later Z-Verbs, and I'm wondering if that entails anything more than just adding a switch disconnecting the mains ground lead at the power input jack.

Yes to both. The on/off reverb FS is a shielded 1/4" jack. The ground lift disconnects the incoming ground to the Z Verb to eliminate a ground loop from connecting amp. The same as a 3 to 2 ground lift plug, which is now always there . Z

Thanks, Doc...from the pictures of the back of the chassis that I've seen, it looks like there's a hole right by the IEC power input that's got a hole plug in it that would work fine for the ground lift switch. I'm really looking forward to my new addition to the Z fold. I modded one of my first generation Z Boost footswitches to be variable, and it has an LED 'on' indicator too, as well as to use a 1/4" input jack, that way I can pick the length of cable I want. Works great.

Doc is always 2 hours ahead of me with an answer. (Or more). Enjoy the Verb Dave. It's a great one!
