I know it’s bad but I accidentally turned on my remedy head without speaker cable.
It remained about 10 mins in stand-by mode and then about 1 min at half-power with me trying to plug some light chords.
I suddenly realised there was no speaker cable and switched off the head.
When I switched the amp on again (this time with the cable) everything was working and I did my 2 hrs reahersal without problems.
I just noticed a light hum at high volume and I don’t know if it was already there since it was the first time I cranked my amp a little bit.
Did I damage something?
Thanks.

Thanks. delik, From my experience and monitoring the experience of others, you did not do anything to damage the OT. If you left it on for three days without the speaker plugged in then something would fail, most likely the OT. I have done the same thing and freaked myself out and created new noises. The Remedy has a hum at higher volumes, that hum is potential energy ready to bust out!

Thanks for the reply. I was really scared but apparently I was lucky. The amp worked fine after.
I also noticed a sort of blue glow inside the power tubes. Cannot tell if it was there before.
