I love the clean tone of the Remedy, I really do. But lately its been hard to get a good clean tone with delays. I use the Tube Driver for my dirt and its a very loud pedal, so to compensate, I boost my cleans with a Klone, drive all the way down, tone all the way up, volume little over 3/4. But now my delays are distorted. The digital delays are SUPER distorted so I use the TAPE setting and its not AS bad but still annoying. So I guess I need to tame the volume from the TD so my cleans dont have to be as boosted? This is with Vintage-medium output humbuckers.

Sounds like you already know wha the issue is... All that drive (boosting the cleans, TD)is clearing hitting the front of your delay pretty hard, and honestly, clean is not something that comes easily to the Remedy (believe me, I tried!).
I always thought about getting a clean-type head (like an M12 or a Stand Ray) to A-B with the Remedy, but never had the dough to pull it off. Maybe that's an alternative for you? The Remedy breakup is epic...

Cause the Nova, you can calibrate input John E., I keep threatening to do a video of the 5881's which I do not know what the outcome will be. I dropped in a 12 AT7 in V3 and that tamed the amp for me and provided quite a bit of headroom. I am curious about the 5881's. As far as the distorted delay, I found myself last night cutting out any of the boost except my Tumnus. I am quite pleased with the cleans and the delay under this load, step on a distortion pedal and it gets muddy. I need to go back and look up the FX box that Nicholas uses by Radial.

I looked at my delay in hopes it was just that instead of the amp. The Nova delay is digital so if it gets hit with too strong of a signal it will distort, so I re-calibrated it to my loudest sound and now the delays are pristine!

Good report!
the 5881's are installed in mine and they are nice, but the 12 AT7 seems to be doing most of the work for the tone I am after.
