Is there a way to bypass the reverb and tremolo from the amp? I mean by disconecting the entire circuit. Can the amp run without the tubes that drives these effects.
Im just curious.
Thanks

Hmmm... That's a great question. I'm sure you've already thought of this, but the Cure is very similar to the Z-Lux, has neither reverb nor tremolo, and is relatively inexpensive (but is only 1/2 the Z-Lux power).

I can't imagine there would be much sonic difference between completely removing those parts of the circuit and just switching them off via the foot switch.
The Cure shares a lot of DNA with the Z-Lux (and the MAZ), but it does not sound the same; similar, but not the same.

I asked about this on another thread and Doc advises strongly against it. Just turn 'em off.
