Our 8 pc band (w horns) was hired to help celebrate the 2nd anniversary of a restaurant located on a large lake here in Ft Worth. We were outside, and backed up to the marina. Cool setting. We had our normal full PA and I had IEM's. I almost brought the Wreck, but I thought I'd give the new little guy a shot, so the Cure it was.
Rig included 89 Strat with pedals; Shure wireless, Origin Cali76 comp, RYRA Klone, Keeley Blues Driver, Plimsoul, MXR Flanger, Flint, old Boss DD-3.
I started with the gain on about 10 (o'clock), tone stack mostly at noon, master maxed and level at 2-3. Tweaked it through the night and ended with gain at noon, T and B about 11, M about 1 and master and level maxed. Sounded fantastic. I kept the RYRA on most of the time as it added just a touch of thickness....then when I needed more OD I engaged the BD or the Plim. Cali76 comp stays on full time. Even with the gain up to noon, the amp still had great clarity that most would call clean. Excellent!
Next gig, I want to try using the EQ bypass always-on. I read in one of BW's posts he has done that with his Z-Lux. My bet is that I can then use the RYRA as-needed.
Photobucket is being it's normal unreliable self right now, so photos and maybe a video will come later.

Very cool congratulations LT! The EQ bypass will add even more thickness. I gigged mine at church today and had the EQ bypass on the whole time. Used my archer icon to give it even more fatness and nice cleans. The analogman sunlion sounded excellent as well. I rarely use pedals live. But the Cure is a great platform for some pedals. Looked like a cool gig you had there brother. Glad you like the Cure.

Truth be told Lee, it was about 90 or so when we started with super high humidity (of course). But we did have a nice breeze so the big fan I brought stayed in the vehicle.
