I have a Z backline 2x12 8ohm cab. And an Avatar 2x12 8ohm. The Avatar has two jacks, and its wired in parallel. So if i wanted to use both cabs daisy chained (out of the amp, into avatar, then from avatar to Z) with my Remedy, which output from the amp should I use?

If your Avatar cab is wired in parallel you would get a total load of 4 ohms with the Z Backline connected.

Internal wiring of the Avatar doesn't matter in this case (whether your 2 speakers internally are series or parallel connected); what only matters is that the "cab" altogether is 8 ohms. If you have the simple 2-jack plate on the Avatar, it's those jacks that are paralleled with each other. Which means you can very easily run the 2 cabs (Avatar & Dr. Z) in parallel together:
Amp --> into Avatar jack --> out other Avatar jack --> into Dr. Z backline cab
This will give you the 2 x 8-ohm cabs in parallel, which means you need to use the 4-ohm output on your Remedy.
