One of the power tubes on my DB4 has started lighting up like a Christmas tree. Well, at least the Christmas tree in National Lampoon's vacation! It literally looks like there is a fire going on inside. Obviously, I turned it off. The fire was preceded by the amp making a very loud hum. The hum did not go away when the tube appeared to be having its issue. But I'm not sure I want to turn the amp back on until I get a new tube in there.
Am I reading this situation correctly? In case you're wondering, the amp in question is my DB4 head that I purchased last fall. I doubt that I have put more than a half an hour a day on that set of tubes, just FYI.
Just want to know, should I replace the whole set of them at the same time? Or, do I just replace the bad one, presuming it's bad?

It's bad. Guaranteed bad. You can replace the one but doing matched sets (output tubes- preamps are probably fine) is better. But that tube is bad bad bad.
