is this In order to really hear the reverb it needs to be up to at least 12:00. At full its noticeable but not overpowering. Is this normal?

I once noticed my reverb was absent on my Maz18. I mostly use delay for ambience, so I hadn't really noticed until I needed it. I checked the tubes driving the reverb to find one fried; glass was frosted. Popped in a replacement set all better. So I'd bet bad tubes.

I've noticed that it seems to interact with the volume and master controls; the more you turn up, the bigger the reverb gets. But yeah--it's a little tame. Would be nice to have some splash at higher settings, and I say this as the very happy owner of two Z-Luxes.

John: Yeah, the Z-Lux 'verb is not the same as what you probably remember from your JAZ 20/40. Fwiw, I also notice what Jon (EZGBisc) mentioned about the 'verb becoming more prominent at higher settings.
