What kind of tone are you looking for? Which guitar are you going to mostly use with it?

I'm looking for a good bluesy tone (early zz top). I will use a les Paul and a 335

They are very close in sound. The ramrod has a tad more low end and is tighter. The red fang looser with a tad more mids. The red fang may be louder by a little. At least that's how I perceive it. Not sure if the specs show it. With an amp with more tone shaping ability than the mini or with an EQ pedal in front you could get them very close in sound. An audience in a gig setting would never know the difference. At home, depending on your ear, you might. For me, I'm not sure the difference in cost would be worth it. Having said that, the Red Fang is a wonderful speaker. It takes a bit for them to break in though. Actually as 10s, they both do. More than a 12.
