OK, I've been obsessed with a small Mini Z head for some time now. I really dug the Carmen Ghia 25th Anni, so I wanted a Mini Z (version 1) in head format. And here it is--a HUGE thanks to my Brother for building the cabinet. The width and depth dimensions are identical to the cabinet the Mini came in, just shorter. I'm very pleased. It's got nice easy access to the tubes and the attenuator. Even fully attenuated, this sucker is LOUD, so I'm considering sending it off to get London Power Scaling installed. Haven't decided yet.

Very cool! Got the LPS thing done to my Z28 a few years ago - best thing I ever did! Made that wonderful amp so much more versatile!

OUTSTANDING. PERIOD.
Would look and sound exceptional sitting on top of Doc's new dress 1x10 Cab with a Red Fang!
Just a suggestion - Consider ordering 8 black metal cabinet corners from Don to finish it off.

Love the Green with that grillcloth-I vote for chrome corners.

You know, the corner cover decision is not done yet; I was initially thinking black, then chrome, and then none. I still need to mull it over. Thanks for the input.
The Mini Z sits atop (and shares the Red Fang with) my Monza (a Rock 'n' Roll BEAST!).

Take any metal corner off your Monza (2 screws) and simply place it on either top front corner of your MINI Z MINI and stare at it.
Then, post another pic and let us all stare at it.
Share the Joy !!!

tell us who made the cab? My Brother. It was a first for him, but he has been a woodworker for close to 50 years. He even built from scratch a classical guitar (made all the forms and such himself) while in high school
