I didn't watch all of it,but I agree with the poignant part.These kids have a tough road ahead of them and deserve our respect,understanding,and compassion. I never want to read another Leelah Alcorn story again,that was a punch in the gut. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Leelah_Alcorn

Once I started I had to watch the entire episode. I teach 7th and 8th graders, so I understand and take the good and the bad of the struggles of puberty, finding yourself and testing your place in the world. The children in this video are burdened with an extraordinarily difficult task of fully identifying their place in society. What really amazed me is the sense of self awareness these young men and women displayed as they shared their story. Perhaps they have been forced to grow up too soon as one might infer from Isaacs story.
I have to agree with Walt, they deserve our respect, understanding and compassion. They are brave and strong individuals.
