Wow! Looks great. Thanks god it doesn't have a master volume, so it will be easier to resist the tentation. Some people think Dr Z has too much amps in line. I don't. And I want to try them all! Nice work Mr. Z. Again!

I noticed Brad had the volume set about noon. I wonder how loud that was in the room? And I'm really wondering if the DB4 has more or less headroom than the Z-Wreck combo.

Quantum silver would be a great colour or that " British green" colour...

The amp sounds great. The 2x12 combo is gorgeous but the thing that stood out for in this video... Brad's been wood shedding and growing his playing. Bendy, bluesy pentatonic and rootsy vs. major pentatonic chicken pickin'. Nice!

Also check out his duet with BB King called Let The Good Times Roll. And for some Robbin Ford style playing listen to Playing With Fire. To keep this relevant, I'd love to Brad do an even more comprehensive demo.

This is one of my favs from the album (the live version is pretty faithful to the album).

Anybody else notice that the DB4's front valence is essentially the same as the modern Z-amps' back valence? Something tells me that Doc's shop could stock half as many unique parts (no full/solid valences) by stapling grillcloth to 'em for the front, and then leaving 'em empty for the back.
Whether or not this makes its way to the other amps, it's a cool look for the DB4. I really dig the unique look on this amp; reminds me of how the EZG & JAZ got their own special oval-fronts.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the look of the head (which is the version I would have been in the market for) but the oversized 212 looks great.....I really like the look of the red and blue 212 combos. The 212 combo has some really clean lines.

I love the navy blue, but at nearly 70 lbs a 2 x 12 is not in the cards for me. (I loved my now-departed navy blue Z Wreck combo too.)

I'd probably go for the 1x12 combo myself. I did some comparing of specs - the DB4 2x12 combo (68 lbs) weighs only 2 pounds more than a StangRay 1x12 combo (66 lbs). So really that's not bad at all for a 2x12 combo. The 1x12 combo DB4 comes in at 42 pounds. That's nice!
