I'd like to start a thread of what everyone is currently listening to-song right now,cd in the car, playlist, new album, whatever.I love to be exposed to new music, and a lot of people here have different backgrounds than mine,so I'd like us all to share what you are enjoying today, this week etc. I'll go first (duh!) Song right now-Gene Clark-From a silver Phial-early LA country rock from Ex Byrds singer. Album all summer-Screaming Females-Rose Mountain.post alternative punk band heavily influenced by Smashing Pumpkins.

My band is currently working up a funky version of Smith's 1969 "Baby It's You." That's a great version of that tune-she sings it different than the Shirelles or John Lennon.
Zed-Yea! I love Uncle Acid, trippy psych doom, good stuff. They do a great version of the Kinks Wicked Annabella.
Now I'm gonna check out some of that stuff up there.

Indeed, Pete. They performed a few tunes at a side venue prior to the last Crossroads event, which was in NYC. I was very impressed, especially since there were numerous talented performers on stage that evening.

I'm with Doctor Ice in listening to Vintage Trouble's One Hopeful Road. And, after watching the CMA's the other night, I fired up Chris Stapleton on Spotify and dug his tunes even though I'm not country. I'm probably going to buy his CD.
