Although I got my Therapy off of BST in May, I haven't really had a chance to spend a lot of time with it and run different guitars into it because I've been traveling every week for work. Earlier today, my wife got called into work; she is an OR nurse, told me it would take a while, so about 2 nanoseconds after she left, I cranked up the Therapy into a 2x12 cab w/ Vin30s and had my Rativ2 going into a Mesa 1x12 open back cab w/C90. Guitars were Guild Bluesbird (SD 59ers),Tele (SD Hot neck/lil59er bridge),Godin Kingpin (P90), Heritage Golden Eagle and Gibson CS336.
After a couple of hours, I would say that the Therapy rules with buckers, not that it sounded bad with the Tele (although I prefer the Tele through the Rati because I can thicken it up with the tone control, among other things). The full hollow bodies really sang through the Therapy (I need try my ES330 through it, too), and the 336 was as good as I've heard it. The notes really bloom.
Of course, all of these sound very acceptable through the Rati, which I consider to be a rock monster.
All told, I've found that it's hard to make any Z amp sound bad, unless your playing is off, as they amplify exactly what you play into them and are pretty unforgiving.
BTW, my amp settings for the Therapy ended up being Master 1:00, bass 9:00, Mid noon, treble 3:00, Volume 1:00; the Guild and 336 were about 7 volume and 8 tone, the Tele was 7 volume and 7 tone; the arch tops were about 3 volume and 3 tone. I usually run the Rati with the volume about noon and the tone at noon for singles and at about 10 for buckers.
I'm very satisfied with both of these amps; I can get them to do exactly what I want, and remember, this was straight through with no effects.

Well, I'm gonna have to play my LP w/57 classics thru the Therapy a bit more. To date, I've been playing single coils - p90's and the G&L MFD, and they have sounded really great to my ears.

Yes, you'll hopefully like your LP into the Therapy (the 336 also has '57 Classics on it). I still haven't tried my ES330, but the Godin with P90 was solid, although being a full hollow body is a very different animal.

I haven't been playing electric as much the past few months, but turned on my Therapy last night and got the grins all over again. Single coils love a little Therapy too!

I use to think the Therapy was more of a single coil amp for me but then. I changed speakers and have not gone back (yet!).
Currently playing 335 w/57's, like the 57's with my 336 as well, but the LP I did not like as much. So those got swapped out with Rio Grande's and it's all smiles!

Great report! I have to say, my ES339 sounds unbelievable through the Therapy - just unreal Mess around with that Mid control though - there's secret sauce in there! I have mine set around 3 o'clock and boy does she SING !!

I'm playing my 335 w/ '57 Classics into my Therapy and it sounds really great with the new Dr.Z 12", open back. Very, very nice!

I'm finally getting some good time in with the Therapy into a 1x12 Z convertible cab in the open back mode with a Weber Ceramic Blue Dog 50 watt with moderate doping.......whew that's a run on sentence for sure....being on this forum has proven my lack of punctuation understanding.....anyhow I'm loving my Therapy with P90's in my Gibby LP Studio and with P100's in my Gibby Es 135. The blue dog speaker seems to bring out the garage rock vibe in the Therapy.
